Tiara M. Tucker

Born and raised in Kankakee, IL, (South of Chicago) and now residing in Dallas, TX, Tiara M. Tucker, M.S., wears many “tiaras.” To name a few, she is an empowering (and loud) international speaker and moderator; PR and communications strategist; event creator and host; coach; social justice and mental health advocate; and philanthropist. She is also the founder and president of Speak That! Movement and Tiara PR Network, LLC. In 2020, she became the creator, host, and executive producer of Speak That! Talks, which is her live show allowing her to TALK to different guest speakers from all over the world about hot topics on the minds of business professionals.

In 2021, Tiara was honored as a "40 Under 40" by the Dallas Public Relations Society of America and was featured in Black Enterprise as one of "10 Amazing Black Women Making Moves Right Now." She was also a nominee for the 2021 Junior League of Collin County Women of Influence Award. In 2022, Tiara became the inaugural recipient of Illinois State University's Andrew Purnell Jr. Trailblazer Award, which is their highest honor that recognizes the university's alumni trailblazers, groundbreakers, innovators, and pioneers who have devoted their time and effort in servant leadership to courageously make a positive change. A month later, she was featured in Sheen Magazine as "The Woman Helping Change Lives One Person at a Time." She currently serves as the newly-elected Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion for the Dallas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.

Tiara has almost two decades of experience as a corporate communicator for a Fortune 50 company. Outside of Corporate America, she has an extensive history working on noteworthy high-profile PR cases, communications, and special events. Her most notable PR experiences include her “behind the scenes” work in the battle against social and racial justice inequalities and police brutality. She has worked alongside some of the nation’s most well-known civil rights attorneys, as well as among nationally-known social justice activists and community groups. She is occasionally called on for PR strategy and PR/media coordination for very high-profile and media-saturated cases. She has also been the event chair and PR coordinator for multiple high-caliber events, business professional networking events, and fun and intimate family/friend gatherings.

Tiara has passionately been the creator, producer, MC, host, moderator, and guest speaker for a variety of platforms over the years – allowing her to (loudly) speak in front of thousands of diverse audiences from all over the world. She has been recognized in multiple publications for her trailblazing endeavors, has been featured on an episode of the Real Housewives of Potomac on Bravo TV, and has been seen on hundreds of local, national, and international platforms.

Tiara is dedicated to supporting and empowering others to live their best lives. Committed to education, she has a B.S. in Public Relations with a Minor in Business Administration, and a M.S. in Communication from Illinois State University. In her pursuit of continuing her education and focusing on ways to help herself and others live life more purposefully, since 2019 she has attained a Certificate in Mindfulness, a Certificate in Life Coaching, a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, and aced a Nonprofit Leadership and Community Engagement graduate course at Harvard University where she was asked to be the guest lecturer for a course. Her goal is to use her voice and platforms to help combat mental health roadblocks and social injustice detours along one’s journey of dream and goal realization.
