About the Event
July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month (also known as BIPOC Mental Health Month). RSVP to join the Speak That! Movement Team for an educational evening onsite at the Tiara PR Network Headquarters (6 - 9 PM) or online on the Speak That! Movement Facebook or YouTube pages (7 - 8 PM).
Hear from our guest speakers, Dr. Torie Williams, CEO of Be VicTORIEous with Dr. Torie Williams, and Arleen Robertson, a mother impacted by social injustice. Dr. Torie, an affiliate with Mental Health America, will provide a mental health address and tips. Arleen will give an update regarding the police brutality case involving her son, Daviri Robertson, which was highlighted in the Speak That! Movement debut of Speak Their Stories.
This is also the perfect time to learn more about Speak That! Movement, ways you can volunteer for this award-winning nonprofit organization, and visit the Speak That! Movement National Headquarters and Boutique located inside of the Tiara PR Network Headquarters in North Dallas.
